New Classes Announcement!
I’m all set to teach 4 classes at my local Ben Franklin craft shop in Grass Valley, CA in September! Woot! The classes are Making Paper Purses (Sept. 5); Art Journal Making (Sept. 12 and 13); Coffee Sleeve Mini Album (Sept. 19); and TP Tube Mini Album Sept. 26). All classes run from 12:30-4:30 pm. Note that the Art Journal Making is a 2-session class on Wednesday and Thursday.

New Art Journals and Purses!
Today I finally took photos and got some videos made of several new journals and purses that I have completed. These journals are quite complex and take around 22 or more hours to complete, so I likely will not be making more just like these.

Memory Albums for Mom – Mother’s Day Gifts

New Mini Albums!
I’m thrilled with how my two new mini albums came out! One is made with recycled TP tubes, which create the vertical pockets. The other has pockets made from recycled coffee cup sleeves, which are used on take-out cups. I had fun covering the pockets with pretty papers and making tags for writing journal notes, pasting in photos or ticket stubs or writing poetry or prayers or secret wishes. New Purses & Treasures!
I’ve been immersed in making more paper purses and other treasures, and finally got them all added to the pages. Check out some of the new additions!
Here is a small trinket box I made from a recycled tube that once held duct tape and a scrap of wallpaper.
I also had fun making a couple of mini albums, one with pages/pockets made from sleeves intended for coffee cups,the other from recyled, flattened TP tubes!
Finally, I made a couple of sewing accoutrements, also out of recycled, flattened tubes, this time with fabric and lace trims. Enjoy!
