I found a pattern online for a Triangular Snippet Bag (or Thread Catcher, as it was called), so today I made one up from these pretty fabrics. I decided not to add buttons to hold down the turned-down points, simply stitched thm in place.

However, I just reviewed the directions again, and see that I was meant to sew the sides together without turning the bag! No wonder it’s so bulky at the inside corners! Ah, well. Lesson learned: read directions first, all the way through! I’ll do it differently on the next one. EnJoy!
