My Year of Wild Art: Day Two Hundred Forty-Six

I spent most of the day preparing for my dinner guests, a couple who have not been to my house in over two years! I rearranged furniture, prepped food, set the table, cleaned the bathroom and swept the main room, and got everything ready before my 4:00 pm appointment with a potential customer for my other business.

It was so delightful to share a meal with my friends again! I served my House Special: chicken thighs roasted with maple syrup, balsamic vinegar, mushrooms and whole garlic cloves; along with brown rice and broccoli. More pot de creme au chocolat for desser, all of it divine!

Now my dishes are done, I’ve sent a couple of business emails and I’m ready to call it a night. Here is a scarf I made from an old tee shirt a year or so ago. EnJoy!
